Born on October 14th 1971 in Salerno.

Associate Professor at the University of Napoli Federico II (Italy).


Electronic Engineering degree summa cum laude in 1995. Ph.D. in 1999 with a thesis entitled: “Modeling and design of power PiN rectifier”.

On April 1999 wins a national contest for annual research funding solid state semiconductor devices. From April 1999 to February 2000 works for the Italian national MADESS II project.

Starting from February 2000 has a permanent position of full time Researcher for the

Electronic Engineering Department of the University of Napoli Federico II.

From June 2004 to December 2004 is Research Associate for the Engineering Department of the University of Cambridge (UK).

On October 2004 wins a public contest for the position of Associate Professor in the Electronic Engineering field at the University of Napoli Federico II (Italy).
Starting from January 2005 has a permanent position of Associate Professor for the University of Napoli Federico II.
