In cooperation with Tecnam aircraft industry design and aerodynamic analysis of a new 11-seat commuter aircraft were performed.
This cooperation agreement was finalized to the winglets design and optimization applied to large turbopropeller aircraft. Several solutions were analyzed and perfromance improvements carried out.
This cooperation agreement was finalized to the aircraft performance calculations and improvement due to: i) aerodynamic optimization, ii) ii) winglets installation and iii) engine power improvement. Several winglets solutions were desgned.
This scholarship was in cooperation with ATR France about the Aerodynamic design, analysis and optimization of a new Regional large turbopropeller Aircraft. Aircraft Design involved: airfoil design, flap, aileron, design wing and winglet design. Also tail planes design was accomplished with rudder and elevator design.
From March to September 2009 a won scholarship had as subject the aerodynamic analysis and optimization of wing-fuselage junction, undercarriage vane and aircraft nose on the ATR72 aircraft. The scholarship was in cooperation with ATR France.
