Rosa Anna Micillo is a 3rd year Ph.D. student in Electronic Engineering at the Second University of Naples. Her specific sector is Computer Engineering and she works under the supervision of  Professor Rocco Aversa. She collaborates with Professor Nicola Mazzocca and SecLab Research Group, too. Since January 2008, she is working under the supervision of Professor Nick R. Jennings, at the School of Electronic and Computer Science of the University of Southampton– U.K.

Her research activity is in the area of dependable system, distributed systems, agent-based computing, autonomous agents, planning,  web services, service composition and service-oriented computing. In particular, she is interesting in service oriented computing and its applications in order to improve system’s availability.
