Guidelines
Authors are invited
to submit full papers not
more than six pages (6) (CPS
proceedings manuscripts: two columns, single-spaced), including
figures and references, using 10 font size, and number each page. The
formatting instructions for authors are available at the following web

Prepare your paper in PDF file and submit it electronically to the
3PGCIC-2013 (main conference) online submission system at:
Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting
the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.
Proceedings of the 3PGCIC-2013 will be published by Conference
Publishing Service (CPS).
Presented papers at SMDMS-2013 will be considered for publication in
several special issues in international journals.
