All papers must be submitted electronically and in PDF format.
Authors should submit full papers of up to 8 pages, following strictly the style of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) - Springer.

Oversized papers will be automatically rejected by the PC chairs.
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register early to attend the conference, in order for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings.

Proceedings of the TIBiDa-2013 will be published by Conference Publishing Service (CPS).
Accepted papers will be included in the Conference proceedings and published by IEEE Computer Society and referenced in IEEE explore and major indexes.
