$T_c$ is the Curie temperature of the material, $M_s$ is the saturation magnetization, $A$ is the exchange constant, $K_1$ is the uniaxial magneto-crystalline anisotropy constant, $l_$ex is the exchange length (see Eq. (1.92)) of the material, $(\gamma M_s)^{-1}$ is the value of the normalized time unit for a given material.
