I am an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at the University of Naples Federico II since January 2022. Besides, I am a member of the PRISMA Lab.
I got a Ph.D. degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering in July 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Vincenzo Lippiello. During my Ph.D., I collaborated with the Autonomous Systems Research Centre at The University of Newcastle (AUS). Before that, I obtained a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Automation Engineering in January 2013 and September 2016, respectively.
My research interests include: legged robotics, soft robotics, robotics for logistics, robotics in agriculture, passivity-based control, and energy-shaping control.
