HtComp

HtComp is a start-up project co-funded by the private Compagnia San Paolo foundation and the University of Naples Federico II in the context of the Bando STAR call.

The proposal was selected for funding out of around a hundred submissions by the European Science Foundation after a tight two-round review process.

The start-up project will run from February 2014 until December 2015 and is expected to act as a preparatory step for a EU-funded project in the framework of H2020.

HtComp is also supported by an expression of interest by Xilinx and will rely on several informal cooperations currently ongoing with a few other industrial partners.

Since the main aim of the HtComp start-up project is to form a consortium for a submission to one of the upcoming H2020 calls around breakthrough research ideas, we are currently extending the partner consortium in order to prepare at least one H2020 project proposal revolving around the topics of the project.
